Miguasha National Park, recognized by UNESCO for its extremely old fossils, is located in the municipality of Nouvelle, which is part of the north shore of the magnificent Baie-des-Chaleurs. We are located just minutes away from the Ecomuseum Savonnerie du village and 15 km from Carleton-sur-mer with its beautiful beaches and majestic Barachois. We are also just minutes away from Mount St. Joseph, which is renowned for its Oratory and is a historic pilgrimage destination with a memorable view of Baie-des-Chaleurs as well as New Brunswick. The cottage is open all year round and accessible by the Trans-Québec 5 snowmobile trail.
Direct access by road 132, the cottage is halfway between the road to Parc de la Gaspésie (road 299) and the interprovincial bridge of New Brunswick.
